Chicken Jalfrezi | Ninja Dual Air Fryer

This chicken jalfrezi has quickly become my go-to mid-week curry. It’s a chicken breast recipe with a tomato, garlic, chilli and coriander sauce – based on a takeaway style jalfrezi curry. Making this in the Ninja Dual Air Fryer means it takes just 20 minutes and minimal cooking effort too, just follow the simple steps below.

If you fancy curry and chips – pop some chopped potatoes into the other drawer and cook at the same time! I tend to serve this with rice and naans. It’s not as spicy as a take-away jalfrezi as I prefer it to be medium heat, but feel free to add more spice if you fancy (or don’t add in the chilli powder if you fancy it even milder).
