This watermelon and mint lemonade is made with freshly cold pressed juice of a watermelon, mint, and lemon and then topped up with soda water – as easy as the name suggests! It’s one of my favourite juices for anytime time of day throughout the summer months.
How to make a fresh watermelon mint lemonade

1. For this recipe, you’ll need a 1/4 watermelon, 1 lemon, 1 handful of mint and some soda or sparkling water
2. Cut the watermelon and lemon away from the skin and roughly chop
3. Pop the watermelon, lemon and mint into your juicer and juice – once done, discard of the pulp and keep the juice
4. Pour 1/2 the juice into a glass (add ice if you’d like), and the other 1/2 into another glass (the recipe makes 2 portions)
5. Top the glass up with soda water – serve, and enjoy!
Fresh Watermelon & Mint Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1/4 watermelon
- 1 lemon
- 1 Handful of mint
- Soda Water
To serve (Optional):
- Ice
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon and lemon away from the skin so you just have the flesh inside
- Roughly chop the watermelon
- Then add the watermelon pieces, lemon and mint into the juicer
- Juice, then discarded of any pulp created
- Pour 1/2 the juice into a glass (with ice if you want), and the other half into another
- Top the glass up with soda water, serve then enjoy!
Notes
I'd recommend a short tumbler for this recipe as you don't want to dilute it too much, just add some spritz with the soda water.
