Easy Salt & Pepper Chicken

A very easy recipe for salt and pepper chicken using Aldi chicken chunks.
Ingredients
- 1 onion (red or white)
- 1 or 2 peppers (I like a mix of red and green)
- 2 spring onions
- Salt and pepper seasoning
- Breaded Chicken Chunks
Instructions
- Air fry the chicken according to packet instructions, reducing the cooking time by 1 minute (it will finish cooking in the pan later).
Once cooked, set aside. - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and fry for 2 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the pepper, garlic and spring onion and cook for another minute.
- Add the cooked chicken to the pan along with the salt & pepper seasoning.
- Stir fry for 1–2 minutes until everything is well coated and fragrant.
