A very easy recipe for salt and pepper chicken using Aldi chicken chunks.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion (red or white)
  • 1 or 2 peppers (I like a mix of red and green)
  • 2 spring onions
  • Salt and pepper seasoning
  • Breaded Chicken Chunks

Instructions

    Step 1: Cook the Chicken

    1. Air fry the chicken according to packet instructions, reducing the cooking time by 1 minute (it will finish cooking in the pan later).
      Once cooked, set aside.

    Step 2: Make the Salt & Pepper Chicken

    1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Add the diced onion and fry for 2 minutes until softened.
    3. Stir in the pepper, garlic and spring onion and cook for another minute.
    4. Add the cooked chicken to the pan along with the salt & pepper seasoning.
    5. Stir fry for 1–2 minutes until everything is well coated and fragrant.
