Very Easy Chilli Chicken

An easy chilli chicken recipe made using frozen chicken chunks.
Ingredients
- Chicken chunks (I use frozen ones from Aldi)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornflour
Instructions
- Air fry the chicken as per packet instruction, minus 1 minute as it’ll cook a bit more in the pan
- Cut all the veg into bite sized pieces
- Heat pan to high heat with a little oil then add the onions
- Fry onions for 2 mins then add the rest of the veg ingredients and cook for 1 min more
- Pour in the sauce
- Then instantly pour in the cooked chicken- stir to coat it all, add a bit more water if needed (like a tbsp more)
- Serve and enjoy!! I served this with egg fried rice
