I LOVE this ploughman’s pasta bowl!! It takes everything brilliant about a classic Ploughman’s, mature cheddar, ham, crisp apple, juicy tomatoes, tangy pickled onions and a Branston pickle dressing- and turns it into the most moreish pasta salad. So British and so good!
It’s perfect for the sunny weather, brilliant as part of a picky bits spread or picnic, and it keeps happily in the fridge for 2 to 3 days, so it’s a great one to make ahead. You can tweak the ratios to whatever you fancy too.
